That’s not Freddy, that’s just a prototype. You can see the word Prototype on his foot. Meaning that the Freddy Gregory traveled with in Security Breach is still out there somewhere.
But remember when Freddy said that he was a prototype when he had to charge? did you notice how all the other animatronics don’t need to charge with a charging station? That is because Freddy is a prototype an animatronic, and he needs to charge.
i think the ruin dlc is based on the princess quest ending, at the end of which venessa, gregory and freddy's head sit on a hill, they just take his head
I absolutely love Roxy. I loved her in security breach, and I love her now. The way she sacrifices herself for Cassie absolutely broke and melted my heart. She’s such an interesting character.
The fact that Dan didn’t even realise that all the things Greg said were just spliced together lines from the original game, if you listen closely you can tell
@@rhysmarshall5720 yeah i wish they changed them up, even if it was just a little bit. They used a very common (and kinda boring) puzzle for one of the main parts of the game
what makes that elevator ending even worse is that at 40:47 roxy says "have yo booked your party?, im sure your friends will show up this time" meaning she went all the way down there for a friend who didn't even care to show up to her birthday.
Hey Dan. I don't know if you'll see this, but at 56:52, all those doors can be opened for a secret ending. You have to activate all 4 secret cameras. Each one is activated at each part of the dlc when you use the camera system. Each secret camera opens one of the doors. The cameras can be located by zooming out when in the camera system. The secret camera is on its own when you zoom out. Hope this helps. :)
Kinda wanted to point out some things for Dan. - The tokens you collect are what makes Candy Cadet tell the story. There are 5 tokens in total. - The doorway that was opened then ended with a dead end is part of a secret ending. To unlock the rest of them, you have to zoom out in every Camera Station you come across. If you see a camera icon with 5 bars on in, click on it. Once you have all of them, you can go through the hallway at the Mimic chase scene to get a secret ending. - The Freddy that chases you is a prototype version, meaning it's not the same one Gregory escaped with. Also the gift box inside can't be opened. - If you deactivate all PatPat (that's the fan name for the wet floor signs) signs, you unlock a little something inside of Bonnie Bowl. - There's a secret area somewhere in the Chica's Bakery section where you can play a game called "Chica's Feeding Frenzy." Complete all 20 waves of that game, you collect her voicebox. You can return it to Chica while she's deactivated in the bathroom. - The Mimic is actually from a series of books called "Tales from the Pizzaplex" and is what people assume to be what the final boss was in Security Breach. The stories themselves are not canon, but the epilogues are I think.
Some tips for you if you want to continue the series- - Candy Cadet has nothing to do with the endings. The faz-tokens you were collecting powered him, there’s more in the cave area. - You can return Chica’s voice box to her after winning it from the arcade game. - Also, in the bowling alley, look for the only lane with a light on, there’s a secret near there!
@@CerysCooke because cassie and roxy have an emotional bond. cassie loves roxy, roxy loves cassie, however, gregory, on the other hand, completely removed roxy's ability to see in the base game, and made her miserable. that's why she's angry at greg but not cassie.
@@merbudd dawg vanny corrupted her to kill gregory. him taking her eyes was way after roxy trying and still is, killing gregory. dont give false info lil bro
@@smurf7292yeah but this takes place after the 3 star ending where Vanny is freed, meaning it is possible that the effects of corruption could have worn off. And knowing how vain Roxy is, it’d be possible she would still hold quite the grudge against Gregory for stealing her eyes.
For anyone who doesn’t know the thing at the end is called a mimic they do what their name says they mimic other people Henry made the mimic to act as his dead daughter so he could have her he made a new mimic for every stage of his daughter’s life( the mimic is mentioned in the fnaf books if you wanna know more abt them or you can watch game theory fnaf ultimate timeline to hear abt them!

earlier in ruin there was also a poster with freddy saying "dont lose your head" which is great foreshadowing, honestly im surprised at how much better ruin is then security breach
Just so you know Dan, that's not Freddy.. That's a prototype freddy, it says it on his foot. Edit: Just starting to realise that Dan never knew you could put back Chica's voice box.. She can be found in the bathroom where she seemingly deactivates. My best guess as to why you would need to repair them could be for an ending. But then again I'm not sure. I would love you hear the community's thoughts on this topic!
That candy cadet story just revealed that Matpat's theory is most likely correct. a MOTHER kept a monster in the basement (afton/burntrap) and told her son it was fine and safe (Gregory/Robot CC) The only piece missing is the part where Vanessa is robot Elizabeth, and Freddy being a recreation of Michael.
@@Solaria. after hearing the whole story, the monster is mimic, who copied the mother (gregory) to lure the child (cassie) to let it out. Basically the story was an early warning.
I dealt with suicidal thoughts, and my parents hated me for even thinking about it. Your security breach series came out as I was in the aftermath of talking with them, watching it gave me peace in a house full of tension. It's hurts in a vague way to see it in ruins. We all love you Dan, you've saved peoples lives!
Note: You can also repair every animatronic by collecting there parts. The only one that I believe has been found so far is Chika's voice box that you can use to repair Chika.
I think the bad ending is the real ending. Im guessing that they might make a 2nd ruin and cassie (maybe with roxy's help) has to find a way out of the depths and destroy the mimic before it gets loose. It would draw a nice paralell between gregory and his protector and cassie and he protector. The voice line after the credits is likely not a bug or anything and it could be used to infer that roxy is alright after the reboot. Obviously doesn't make complete sense given the scooper existing but i think its a better ending if its a pt 1
Fun Fact: that freddy isnt the freddy from the part we played as Gregory. That freddy is a prototype as seen on his foot. Freddy also escaped with Greg as seen in multiple endings of SB.
Dan being the only one I've seen so far too not realize that you need the Faz-Tokens for Candy Cadet and missing the last part of the story because of not realizing that's what the tokens do is infuriating, but it's also the type of thing I would expect from this channel. It's nostalgic, in a way :)
Dan I can help you get the third ending Step 1: Go to the camera box things and find the secret cameras Step 2: After you look at all the secret cameras, the door on the secret path to the left should , near the end, should open Hope this helps 😊
Been watching Dan since I was younger, still watch him now. He's raised so many of us and I couldn't be more grateful. Love you for that Dan! Keep up all the hard work!
One little note i don't see in the comments gregory didn't actually betray you it was the mimic 53:37 pay attention when you hear the screech and look at the captions the elevator speaker cuts off because it's old and broken and than the mimic says everything else to trick cassie into thinking he betrayed her because it probably knew there are saftey procoutions on a elevator and there are ways to survive so even if she lives shes against Gregory

for those wondering the elevator wasn't brought down by Gregory rather it was the mimic (the final animatronic ) that is also why 53:41 there are 2 subtitles one which is the real Gregory and the other being the mimic.
The mimic dropped the elevator so it could kill us- then climb up the ladder to escape as we see in the beginning of the game that the elevator shafts have ladders for the workers to use
Ruin dlc is based off the entertainment center after the burn trap ending. No idea how long it’s been or how the whole place is withered but it makes the most sense with the animatronics. Freddy escaped with Gregory in that ending and the broken Freddy was just a prototype of Freddy. Also I think the tokens are the items required to talk to candy cadet and you missed maybe one thing or two voicelines. There is a weird scooper ending that has unknown requisites but maybe fixing chica or deactivating the wet floor bots helps with it (the last door where you died should have been open). Finally, some out of bounds shows glam rock Bonnie destroyed. There has got to be more than 3 endings though so keep at it 🙂. Thanks!
Uhhh,You would be wrong. That ending is not cannon,but the vanny ending is, I see how you think this, but the opening cutcene to the DLC, the windows are covered in newspaper,If you read the title of the article,it tells us that the pizzaplex was destroyed by an earthquake.
@bloxpoint215 the Vanny ending was a comicstrip though. Also, considering that the underground cavern collapsed, it could have been seen as an earthquake

Just a theory but if you watched a certain video, the part with him talking in the elevator was him, but as soon as you hear the screeching sound from the elevator it switches his voice to the mimics (the robot in the end) voice. I think that there will be more to this game and the ruin dlc and if there is im excited to play and watch it.
Ok so I did some research and apparently you can give Chica her voice box but it doesn't affect anything, For the wet floor bots, if you deactivate all of them it unlocks a space behind bonnie bowl and shows broken glam rock bonnie so that will be some lore. You can also find hidden cams in different chapters and it unlocks a secret ending.
Roxy only got temporarily shutdown because of the security node but Cassie didn’t know that. That’s why Roxy had the ability to came back to save Cassie both times. I love Roxy has a friendship with Cassie, its so wholesome and she was the only one in Cassie’s birthday party because no one showed up 🥰
I feel bad for Roxy, because if you look at security breach, ruin and regular security breach, she always seemed sad, suicidal or just really downright bad to herself she hated how she looked, but she also wanted to look better than others. That was until she had Cassie Cassie probably hosted a birthday party with Roxy, but nobody came. Then Roxy came along and comforted her. This true friendship is shown by even when she got deactivated by Cassie she still came up and fight back for her.
Also Dan you can give chica her voice box, I’m not sure what that does, also in Bonnie bowl you can find Bonnie’s body and I think that’s why you need to deactivate the wet floor bots, ps u don’t have to restart anything u can access different chapters on the ruin main menu
The Lore behind this game is so confusing I gave up trying to figure it out lol. Also great Job on these videos Dan! I have been watching u since I was ten so I have been a huge fan for about four years!
