I really need this. I have a 1998 W168 A160 Automatic.. It is plagued by the auto transmission. I get the computer reset, the car drives well , changes gears, then when i turn off and start it, it goes back into limp mode. (car drives 2nd gear and reverse with large clunking when ear engaged. ) The computer fault says something about the electronic brain. If the transmission drives normal, no strange noises, no metal in the sump pan, has normal oil level, and a new battery, why would it do this?
@@forrera168 I will get the specific codes when I visit my mechanic and contact you. I really want to keep this car and if it is not too expensive to fix, repair it. I drive it gently
