Congresswoman Guanzon you should be wearing a PWD vest(Hearing Impaired, Vision Impaired, Epilepsy, Handicapped, & etc) when you are in public so people could identify you & give you utmost respect in availing your due benefits. As a lawmaker kindly include that as a requirement/mandatory to wear your vest otherwise your benefit will be denied of your benefits.

Marcoleta majority need 4 votes for you to be proclaimed you got 3-1 that means you will have a hard time to present yourself to the House. Moreover, the first nominee has taken the oath, then has sunddenly resigned, why? Really contentious in so many levels.
Each marginalized member of a community is part and a constituent of a representative of every district why have a party list exist. It's a double representation in the congress. A waste of money paying the salary of it's representative. There's a need to abolish the party list system in the congress.
