I'll definitely pray for you,but some normal suggestions, join gym, have a trainer, put on earphones,go for morning walk and there have you lone time when you only think about your plans and imagine the results of fulfilling your goals and listen to the songs that fall in love with your dream and goals, always keep thinking about them, that way it will reach your subconscious mind,and when it reaches your subconscious mind, you are programmed to do the right things that keeps you on your path

You can start by going for one hour walk every day in the morning before go to work if to early You can do in the afternoon it will help just try to go to a big park where lot of people walk that will give you more motivated to do... Hi Jennifer, Yes, I have been releasing and been on a healing journey for the past 10 years with 2017 finalizing this part of my journey. First steps were asking God to empty me by declaring my openness to being healed. I used to chant often- I love myself, I forgive myself and I open myself to God. When things were bothering me or I noticed a unhelpful pattern emerging I would ask myself to reveal the root & by revealing it I was able to accept those feeling, forgive myself and others involved in the original and new incident and then release them while doing some very deep breathing. This takes commitment and a heaping of empathy. But I will say that the most powerful thing one can do on this healing journey is to ask God/The Universe/Higher Self to guide you on your journey and help you remove all resistance and blocks to healing. This video helped me to finally release some very deeply rooted negative feelings I had towards a family member. I remember waking up after listening to this for about 6 weeks and literally thinking. I no longer hate this person and being so filled with joy! Also, some long held physical scars that were associated with this hate began fading. Faith is a key as you will be challenged while on this journey. Never give up and most of all love yourself, even the "ugly" parts completely> :) XOXO
