They are the same kind of people that have no accountability and find someone or something else to blame. So, its not you, its just how they are. Do what you do in real life when you have with these people. Work with them but forget about them untill the next day at work.
Ahh this is a very simple one. I learnt how to deal with this the best way: If a tank and DPS'ers are in such a rush they don't let you mana up. Simply tag along with them, whatever little remainder mana u have left, use it on a invulnerability spell and just pull a few more mobs & directly leave the dungeon. They will most likely all wipe, respawn and lose more time trying to regroup. A lot of times, I see another 1-2 players leave and it ruins the party. This should teach you inpatient imbeciles to wait.
#1 Problem across the board!!! The kids running a Rank are terrible impulse control... It's like these kids have to master bate 15 - 20 times a day with the impulse control they do not have on Dungeon runs...
One time I was the tank(dreneai paladin) and before I realized healer was asking for mana rest I already pulled the boss. Long story short I tanked and off healed whole team untill healer recovered his mana.....
Well, tbh, I find this as the most efficient and fastest way to do m+. I have a healer alt. Whenever the tank waits for me I tell him to just pull, to not stop. Why waste up to a minute on waiting for me when we dont know whether we need that minute or not ? I always have these runs at the start of an expansion when even 10 seconds matter. I think the first run I had in BFA in Freehold we were off by 5 seconds. It was a +14. If the tank didnt wait for the healer to drink instead of keep pulling we might have made it in time. Also, yes, we were not overgearing the +14. We were 15ilvls below what the dungeon dropped.
I understand where you are coming from.. but maining a heals a few years back, I can tell you that it's just as enraging as the guy in the meme lol Legit in DF even, I've seen a high-scored, geared holy priest get down to 10% mana, we stopped at a difficult Tyrann boss in Halls of Infusion, and the heals to save time said to just pull anyways.. we wiped miserably and tried again with him telling us to pull again when he was at 60% mana and we almost full wiped, if it wasn't for my geared Ret friend and the tank plugging along to their best and we barely killed it. Let's just say he made us fail that +8 timer thinking that he could heal the unavoidable splash dmg with what lil mana he had both times *smh* Nothing is worse than an inexperienced heals telling a group he can handle having lil to no mana thinking the group are like the big dogs that can dodge everything including random, unavoidable splash dmg(somehow), interrupt/cc everything, etc. Most PuGs don't even try to CC, that or they interrupt the wrong spell/NPC which means the healer heals for all their mistakes ontop of what else the game throws at them
@@sarahmcshay989 Understandable. I think Holy Priest is not a good healer to chain pull as because the healing style it has is consistent healing and that style requires to start at 100% no matter how you CC and what and if you really dont avoidable damage. I love CC-ing with all that entails. It is why I love games like BG3. It is fun, methodical. It is so satisfying to me to see a bunch of caster mobs being stunned by my Shadowfury. Anyway, I like to play 3 healers. Resto Druid/Shaman, and MW Monk. Shaman because of interrupt, aoe stun, aoe slow and all the cc it offers. Resto Druid because of how satisfying it feels to heal with it, and MW Monk because I love fistweaving. DPriest is too dependant on the group, and pugs that is a real challenge to keep them alive.
@s1os2s3 hell yeah to fistweavers lol When I healed, I was resto druid all the way and was main heals for the guild and helped set up who has what cd for which Oh-Poop moment based on how bad it would hit us. I do know cd's and limitations and just always blows my mind when I see stuff like that xD Def your heal toons wouldn't have too hard time with that mindset then! And yeah bro, I agree. They need to start harder fights tip topped. If they were to drink anyways, take the extra couple seconds and finish off cuz wiping the group just ain't worth it if they couldn't keep up with just the unavoidable, let alone the mistakes. >.
