Healing After Abortion Story 

I think we all need someone who says "we too have done horrible things" without making excuses for it, but tell us how to make the reparations.

I'm a protestant and this priest makes me want to go to confession.

I work in abortion recovery and healing. Thank you for sharing! Abortion has so much trauma leading up to the decision as well as afterwards.

Father is correct. We have bought a lie. I was a promiscuous teen/young adult because I believed that’s what young empowered women were to do. I went to college thinking I had to put off marriage and family for a career (that I didn’t really want) and I can look back now and see that what I really wanted all that time was a boyfriend, who would become my husband so I could be a wife and mom. I had an abortion along the way during the worst time of my life. Because of the grace of God I was able to eventually have the husband and family I knew deep down God wanted me to have.
