I use to go at 3:30 am to gong the bell by myself at my Koean Busshost temple before anyone else showed up. Learned how to enlighten myself. My path my way.
Finally I can find a way to meditate. Focusing on my breath doesn’t stop my mind, nor for certain does listening to someone else’s voice guide me 😳I need healing sound! Thank you!

It is help to heal tinnitus also, I have suffered fom 3 to 4 months by tinnitus the first time I tried and my tinnitus atleast gon for half an hour that feeling is amazing of natural sound of second time it's gone for 1 day , listen it atleast one time in a day for tinnitus
This is what I'm trying to find out..if this is better at unblocking and balancing the chakras than the other vid he has with the singing bowls..do you know ? I like the sound of singing bowels better..but whichever heals best is what i need.

You cannot simply compare a live session with a recorded one. And it is not about saving money, it is about supporting the ones who are sharing this and giving this to the community!
Could anyone explain how do these gongs effect chakras exactly ? I get they've been used for thousands of years but was wondering what specifically happens when you listen to these, does it like balance and clear negative energies?

Does anybody know if these have more healing power than his other video of the singing bowls for the chakras ? Some have suggested that some of my lower chakras are blocked or not functioning properly and I have been stuck going in and out of the dukkha nanas (The Dark Night of the soul) for quite some time now and it is really wreaking havoc on my life.. I did try doing some yoga but it is kind of hard with a punctured and torn meniscus in my knee .
How often should you use this? Love them all. So different from the crystal vibe though, crystal bowls feels like it revs them up this feels like it is sending me to sleep lol thankyou 💕💗💖💗

@@EscueladeGong los sonidos afectan mas a los liquidos que a los solidos y gaseosos...hace algunos años vi una prueba de alguien con los 3 y al que mas afecto fue al liquido. soy soy experto ni nada solo es es lo que creo =)
I forgot...lol.. As that vid was recorded 5 years ago now.. Best to experiment for the specific room you are playing in.. And keep the mics a bit away from the gongs..and play with a soft touch.. Cheers, TS
