매일 출근을 하고 업무 특성상 몸이 피곤하기 때문에 스트레스를 많이 받습니다. 불면증이 잦고 잠을 잘 못자고 항상 악몽을 꾸고 따뜻한 음악을 듣습니다. 음악은 피로를 풀고, 마음을 상쾌하게 하고, 숙면을 취하는 데 도움이 됩니다. 음악이 있는 것이 좋습니다.
