I truly needed this. I am coming back into my spirituality and I keep asking what I need to do, and I keep seeing you know that you need to heal yourself first and for me thats tough because all my thoughts lately about myself have been negative. I need to heal the hurt self love I don't have or feel. Thank you so much

I wish I loved myself and felt lovable. I've always felt so disconnected from everyone and everything...I don't feel anything from any of these virtual reiki sessions. I even finally had a reiki session done in person recently. I felt absolutely nothing...the practitioner I had flatout asked me if I have any deep seated wounds, her exact words. I said yes, and she said she could sense that. Then she said that no amount of Reiki alone would ever heal me without the proper psychotherapy. I am happy to say I finally found a Somatic Experiencing trauma therapist not to too far from me...even though I still feel like I am just far too screwed up and broken for any therapy to ever help me. 😕
