I would be interested in learning this. I have Nordic ancestry from Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. Some of which is Sámi. I wasn’t aware of this until a few years ago. I have always been drawn to Nordic culture. Now I know why. Your videos connected to me so much.

Thanks gratitude for your help. At first what came ip lots of emotions . Now its more joy. Freedom from giving my power over people pleasing. I knew i ab absorbed their emotions. I am Australia but i have vicking past life. So many . Old programs going. Toxicity. Self love is important was told to be stoic how wrong is that. They did their best i know. But i unplugged alot. Fear of not being whole. U really see it how it is. Loved the healing.
