healow Pay: Improving Collections, Reducing Phone Calls 

Philadelphia’s Ninth Street Internal Medicine has enjoyed several years of success with the eClinicalWorks EHR. Late last year, they implemented healow Pay for electronic collection of patient copayments and balances and saw immediate results. Collections rose from $17,000 in November to $25,000 in December. The practice reports fielding far fewer phone calls and patients have said they love having the convenience of paying their bills online.
