@@Galtoncollege that's just typical of RU-vid to stick rubbish in the middle of informative programs. Theyll let people watch crap without let, yet, want to learn something the stack up the rubbish that interrupts the lectures.

Does uk health and safety cover “mental health illness” caused by work issues ?

Not directly and certainly not in a definitive or diagnostic (medical) manner. Its purpose is to discuss the topic within a business setting, examine the business related issues.
