A shame the music is as loud as the voice - I couldn't understand most of what was said. And with no subtitles, I don't have a chance to follow along.

How long each day should we do this?

Hi Cindy, we would recommend to start with 5-10 minutes a day or 4x per week 15 minutes to start. Slowly increase this according to your goals and liking. Happy bouncing!
