I add chia seeds dry to my Greek yogurt & many times, Greek yogurt has excess water on the top. I stir it up, cover it & put it back in the refrigerator for an hour. It's great! I recently discovered the benefits of chia seeds & put them in lots of stuff. A friend of mine makes a breakfast parfait. Coconut milk (canned/unsweetened), agave nectar & chia seeds. Mix that all up & refrigerate for a few hours, then cut up some of your favorite fruits, layer the chia pudding & the fruits. It's really good! Also great in oatmeal. I prefer to use them dry because the absorb the liquids. Thanks for the great video😊💛
BEWARE! You should not eat them dry in large quantities. One way Chia seeds are beneficial is because they absorb water, hence swelling inside your stomach (full sensation) and cleansing your colon and digestive tract. However, eating dry chia seeds in large quantities can cause them to swell and stick to your esophagus -- leading to chocking. Better to allow them to soak in something (even if its just fruit) before eating. Just a tip!
Great video as always! Got a couple requests to throw out there: how your first year of college went (just finished my first year as well!) definitely a video on your mission trips as stated. It's so great to see another believer on here. An everyday like morning routine/day in the life, your summer playlist if you have one haha, & yeah. That's all I got. I know you mentioned wanting requests. So yeah. That was like an essay long, sorry about that. But great video again! Love that you're back :)

Your video was very helpful. I haven't brought any chia seeds yet because I wanted to get information on what they give our bodies and how to use them. The way you use them in this video looks so good that I must try it. Thanks for the tips
I just made a quick version of this tea with what I had in my pantry. Unfortunately I did not have any mango tea or mango fruit, so instead I just substitute it with Honey Chamomile tea and organic raw honey. It still taste great with the soaked chia seed. Thanks for the recipe! This will be my "go to" snack/drink from now on.
I like to mix a table spoon of peanut butter with a tablespoon of chia seeds plus one tea. water. Let set 30 minutes and it has started to gel. The texture and taste are yummy(just my two cents).
