Health department concerned about rise in Mpox cases 

The National Department of Health says it's concerned about the increase in the number of Mpox confirmed cases. The department has called on all citizens to join hands with the government and curb the spread of the Mpox virus. On Tuesday, the Department confirmed another Mpox-related death, bringing the total number of deaths to three. South Africa has recorded a total of 16 Mpox cases. Border Management Authority says there are measures in place to prevent the spread of the disease through ports of entry.
