Great video! To add to the note about level 3s dealing 100% blue health: this is actually part of a more general rule. Any combo that starts with an attack that has frame 1 invul will deal 100% blue health. This fact can also be used to determine which attacks have frame 1 invul. There's ways to drastically boost Blue Health regeneration during Sparking. From what I've seen I think it's just Adult Gohan with potential unleashed, but I haven't tested enough to see if that's what's causing it.

i'm curious about your math for calculating health regen values, it'd probably be better to list in terms of frames since that's the atomic unit of time in fgs
10.511 sec ends up at ~631 frames. 2000/631 ~= 3.17 health per frame. But I didn't think that particular metric was very useful in giving context for how quickly health builds back up so I put it in seconds since that's a bit more concrete as a frame of reference
i agree with you for a video like this, listing values in seconds is fine. i meant more for my purposes of getting concrete values for the wiki haha. sidenote, i figured the numbers would be more rounded once converted to frames, but i guess this is not the case
I mean, I think my method isn't exactly the most exact. Honestly I should have tried doing this wish something like a raw level 3 since the health bar should turn from yellow to green when it maxes out so at least the end point would be more exact. It's kinda hard to know what the exact frame you start regenerating HP though so that's kinda still annoying
The health bar on this game is straight thrash!! You should be able to have more health bars and use of recover items like senzu bean just like on budokai 3 or most other 2d fighting games. It's simply pathetic
