This course is for new and mid-level project managers and supports the entire project lifecycle for Health Information Systems (HIS) using an agile approach. This course utilizes the HIS Project Management Toolkit, which includes adaptable templates, checklists and training materials to guide managers through iterative planning, design and development, ensuring products meet stakeholder and user needs. The goal is to enhance managing digital health interventions through improved documentation, and participants will be able to apply these skills in managing HIS projects upon completion.
