recipe moong sprouts misal
ingredients
1 cup moong sprouts
2 chopped tomatoes
1 chopped onion
1/2tsp ginger garlic paste
4_5 chopped green chilli
few curry leaves
1/2tsp ginger garlic paste
spices powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1tsp kashmiri lal mirch
1tsp red chilli
1tsp coriander
1tsp salt
decorations
chopped onion
chopped coriander leaves
farsan
add lemon juice
preparation time 20 minutes
cooking time 20 minutes
process
boil moong 5_10 minutes. strain it and keep aside. place a pan on gas stove and pour refine oil .when oil get heated add curry leaves then chopped onion. fry for few minutes and then add tomatoes. let tomatoes cooked and become soft. add salt ginger garlic paste and cook for some time then add all powder spices .roast spices nicely. when spices roasted properly add boiled sprouts. fry it 2_3 minutes .add water and cover with lid.let it cook for 10 minutes. moong sprouts misal is ready.
decorate with farsan
chopped onion
chopped coriander leaves
add lemon juice for taste.
