1) ingredients
for batter
rawa suji 1 cup
curd 1/4 th cup
Salt 1tsp
baking soda 1/4th tsp
little amount of water
make smooth mixture
seasoning for batter
1 chopped onion
3_4 green chilli
Chopped curry leaves
1/4th tsp jeera seed
little mustard seed
prepare seasoning by pouring a refine oil in a pan
and sauted all ingredients
now add this fried onion into rawa batter
mix and make smooth batter
keep aside this batter for 15 minutes
ready idli stand by oiling ...pour idli batter in the mould .boiled water in a pan . place idli stand in pan and cover it with lid let it cook for 20 minutes on low flame

take 1/ 2 cup roasted peanut add Coriander leaves add green chilli make smooth paste
for seasoning chutney
in a pan pou refine oil when get heated
add mustard seed
