This talk will explore fasting as part of your wellbeing practices! Specifically it will discuss the benefits of fasting, types of fasting, how to prepare for a fast, symptoms during a fast and refeeding after a fast. We will look at supervised fasting and why fasting is part of a wellbeing plan with optimal nutrition, sleep, exercise, rest and play!
