***** I had one when I went away to uni at my Mum's insistence. No one ever looked at it when I was ill. Things improved after uni with different medication so I just starred wearing it. The details aren't accurate now with my additional diagnosis, so I definitely need a new one! Xx
***** Thanks Deb! Yes, they are a great idea as long as people read them - I had a seizure once & as I was coming round I heard someone once say "check to see if she's wearing a medic alert bracelet" - they still missed it! Xx
Hi Tania, I'm so thrilled to have found your videos and blog(s). I've spent some of this afternoon watching and reading them. I am also being investigated for POTS, after having ME/CFS for 11 years. Although our health problems are not the same, it's great to find someone else on RU-vid looking for some answers. I hoping and praying for you and your future family. I hope you're well today. Emily xx
Emily Cricket Hi Emily! I'm really glad I can provide some comfort that you're not alone. I love how the spoonie community is supportive & comes together regardless of condition. With the way that symptoms cross over it makes it easier for us to empathise with each other. Feel free to contact me to chat about anything! Xx
