This IDD machine Saved my life after a football injury and a 7 year pain killer addiction. I was able to avoid surgery for a complete blown disk at my L-45 and L-5S1 I’m 2 years off all medication and 💯 % with zero sciatica and zero back pain. I’m back to competitive golf and 60 hr work week building Toledo Jeeps again for anyone who’s researching any possible relief I must caution before surgery to try IDD Decompression along with regular core training you will thank me later yours truly Brian !!
Thank you Brian,I'm 2 weeks into recovery from L4/L5 HD from deadlifting as a body builder... & been scanning RU-vid for the last two weeks to see a reassuring comment like this! Glad you're back to full recovery!
I did my 1st one yesterday. I was scared shi*less....I’m kind of sore today. Is that normal? Would you recommend I keep going? I have a herniated disc (as well as other maladies) L4-L5. Thanks for any advice!!!!!
@@catamandow1 Hello, friend. Are you still looking for the taction bed? As we are manufacturer and can offer you best and cheapest product about this item.
I live close to Toronto….May I ask if you have done this treatment? And how many? If so, how much did you pay for it? Thanks in advance for a reply. I can’t find any sort of pricing online🧐🤷🏻♀️👋🏼🇨🇦
@@austinquinones7594bruh i’ve had 19mm since i was 16 i’m 22 now and it’s still only gone to 16mm. doctors don’t wanna do surgery cause i’m “young” but this is ridiculous
@@albireotheredguard1599I get a computer controlled traction from the physical therapist for a $10 copay. I’m getting to the point that chiropractic isn’t helping after almost 40 years. I get Improvment from these machines in the past, but with fibromyalgia, I get so sore from my thighs to me upper ribs, but that eventually gets better. It makes sense that if we have a bulging disc or worse, twisting on it with chiropractic can just irritate it. I’ve been fighting back trouble since 1981 weight lifting, then 1994 got hit in car accident. Rear ended two more times 2015-2017. Then got hit again March 30, 2023. I would not wish this misery on my worst enemies, ugh!
Hello everbody, I have got my 2nd surgery in 3 months ago for herniated disc l4/l5 and one on l5-s1 in 2018. My sciatica is still hurting in both of the back part (hamstring / calves) of the legs. Do you guys think if its safe to use spinal decompression therapy after 2 surgeries?
Good afternoon. There is spondylolisthesis L5-S1 10 mm before and its instability. Can you put it in place with this thing? And how much will it hurt? 48 years old. Thank you.
This procedure filmed, was intense for me. It is not bad during, but after machine stops, they take the knee support away and that’s when you feel what just happened… real traction therapy. I needed assistance to sit-up & stand up, then had to put on a back brace for remainder of the day. It was painful the 1st day and 2d …. Is that normal?
When I was lying on the bed (machine), it felt so easy and nice, but once it was done, I couldn't even sit or get up, it took me few stretches to get back up on my feet, my lower back - the primary cause I went to Physio, felt so stiff. Is this normal or it was just me? should I continue with it? I feared that I might have screwed my back further!!!!!
This is normal. Your back is in an inflamed state. I had a similar experience my first session. Try taking and ibuprofen prior to your sessions and keep going. It works
I get back spasms as well, damn when that happens I'm out for 10 days, cant walk or move, I have spondyloisthesis "slipped vertabrae " is this devompression therapy good for everyone
Is cold laser same as MLS laser therapy?? Second question please: Is lumbar decompression chair DRX9000 is it same as cervical table decompression?? Which one do I need for decompression please? And any advices please?? Because I have hernia in around my L4,L5 to Sacrum and tailbone with pressure and pain and make imbalance of muscles and nerves around my buttocks tailbone ,and my thighs, I’m not able to sit comfortably with imbalance of muscles and pressure and pain when I sit like slow blood moving around my buttocks!!?
Well I get relief for a while and then I go to work and the pain comes back. I'm a plumber so I don't have a choice... but if u can get treated and actually rest/heal there may be hope for you!!
I weight 85kg and the clinic set it to 35kg pull force. I asked them to raise it to 45gk pull force. This feels right for me. So I guess a good rule for thumb for pull force weight is about half your weight.
@@carlito24uk I dont want to use the word "cure" because the herniation will be more vulnerable to a reherniation. It's no different than any other injury having a recurrence. With that being said, traction is the closest thing to a cure. My first herniation was in 2012. It was extremely painful and debilitating. After the first few treatments, I began to feel physical and mental relief. Unfortunately, i recently reherniated the same spot again. So it took about 9 years for a reoccurance to happen and i havent really been taking care of my body that well. I have had discomfort and muscle cramps here and there between the herniations, but if this is the cost of avoiding surgery, it's worth it. This time, I immediately went to the clinic and got the traction done. My new strategy going forward is to get traction once a year as a preventive measure.
@@RudolphSmith I’ve had lower back pain since 2012 and now the right side hurts too. I’ve had no treatments bar one epidural injection. Is it too late to try traction?
@@carlito24uk If you havent gotten surgery, I believe it is worth a try. Keep in mind that there are other options to decompress your spine instead of going to a clinic, like an inversion table. I personally did not like the inversion table because it sometimes made me feel worse. I believe this happened because the pull force, my full body weight, was too much, so I think horizontal decompression devices are ideal to control the pull force. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-bmMeJ113AtU.html Check out the above video at 20 seconds. I had a similar thing done on me, but I was held stationary at the shoulders and the doc had me pull back my feet so he could cup/hold them. He did three firm pulls to decompress me. That works as well.
Temporarily it might increase it by more then that i am thinking about making a similar device to this done while sleeping matched with other forms of exercise, stretching, supplement i already know simialr things have been done and people have gained 3-5cm
I built my own machine like that but I am not sure how often and for how should u use it? Currently I do it almost every day for about 10 min. Can someone with practical experience give me some tips?
Genius, you are. . 3-4 times per week. I think it's ok. 5-10 min is ok. Do everyday will be tired and harmful to your body and you can't feel the treatment result well.😂
I liked the Get Smart episode where the KAOS agents were torturing 99's mother by stretching her on the rack and afterwards all she said was how wonderful it felt and she wanted to know where she could get one of those machines.
@@whiteknightcat the nerve (pun) of that patient to want that mannequin chic look tsk tsk. in all srsness, hows your back? have you used this type of decomp?
@@erenix3909 No. The facility I go to for this procedure uses a chair setup. The patient's own arms do the securing as the chair is tilted back and the device operates.
Yesterday was my third treatment. ~ Good exercises and ending with this machine. - This video is fun and sexy. I make a joke how this reminds me of the film, "Hellraiser." ...And, also, the man who is helping has the last name, "Anderson" so at times I use the voice from the film, "The Matrix" saying ~ "Mr. Anderson." - Because he is changing my reality...
