I don’t understand why I’ve never heard of this product with The amount of decompression and back pain videos that I have watched over the last year ..My chiropractor and my inversion table have helped me tremendously. My heart went into AFIB while I was inverted. I feel like this product is what I need.
Exactly those inversion tables are horrible to use I could only stand being up side down for about a minute, no wherenear long enough to do the job of decompressing your lower back.
This technique actually works. If you have the money to spare buy the one that includes neck decompression as well. If you don't have the crazy amount of money to spare you can do decompression on your own using simple techniques or you can try and build yourself an extender. Just make sure you are not getting worse as in rare cases this can worsen your condition than help.
I endorse this device and Dr. Cedrick! I know this therapy works for I have had professional decompression therapy many times. This method works and may be even better since you can do it at home and then go right to bed, which is the best case scenario. Plus, Dr. Cedrick and this company is honest, reliable, and truthful with high business ethics and standards. I wish every online business were as such!
I found this because I'm in serious need. For around 15 years now I've successfully used an inversion table. However, hanging upside down all these years has put a tremendous amount of stress on my knees. Now I am dealing with a knee issue, to the point I can't use my inversion anymore. Hoping something like this will help. Thanks for the video
listen Cajun,, I found this treatment called TRT softwave. The Orthogold 100 machine, its German technology that uses high speed sound waves to eliminate scar tissue and bone spurring. it's the only sound wave machine that's patented because it cannot harm healthy tissue. I had a lifelong sacrum injury that was getting worse and at 68 this cured me in 3 sessions of 5 minutes. cost me a hundred a session here in Arizona. its more expensive in Calif but look around.
I use an inversion table, your own body weight does the work for you, it has helped my sciatica pain since I first got it a week ago and every time it relives the pain, it actually working for me and hope to be pain free soon.
yeah inversion table is not supposed to be good for people with high blood pressure and sometimes its just not enough pressure. i hang on my arms letting my legs dangle on a dip bar. hits the spot. imagine it feeling like that with this device only way way better. i did the decompression, i does help. when i was working out i did 20 minutes on it fully inverted as part of recuperation. its supposed to heal muscles faster. i am looking into a vibrating table as astronauts use them, it increases bone density but warning for the knees. especially if working out while vibrating. i imagine sittting on a chair vibrating. or laying down. best laying down, vibrating on this machine that decompresses my spine. or inverted on a table. ALSO, I am looking into making a huge table, i bought a double wheel baldur 1/3 horse.and a welding machine. hope its not 10 years before i finally start making my project
Eventually, after 15 years of success, hanging upside down has caused kneed problems. Just something you may consider. I'm devastated knowing I can't use mine anymore. Hoping something like this table in the video works just as well, if not better.
I have both the inversion table and just acquired the In-Line back stretch bench which has helped a lot but is uncomfortable pulling from the ankles. I didn't know about the inversion belt but thankfully just found an identical one as in this video online at Amazon and immediately ordered it. All along since beginning the use of back stretch bench like the one in video, I've been thinking it would be much more effective if pulling from hips rather than ankles. Thankfully I found this video. In addition, my bench has the neck puller as well which I use.
Prolonged, light , traction will be standard treatment for herniated disc, had to find this out myself, was promoted in seventies, then forgotten, I have heard.
I came across this video seen this michian I have real bad hip pain though I would love to have this just to see if it work well I look on ebay and Amazon it cost more on there I went on the web site seen the price though I don't know but I bought it it is the best thing I have spent money on and it's not cheaply made iam so glad I bought this I could walk with out that pain Its great I love it
Could you tell me the name of the website where you purchased the horizontal decompression? I will be very grateful, I have lower back pain, I have a bulging disc. Thank you
If you think you may have a serious or on going low back issue its better to begin with a physical therapist using mechanical traction then finding the best home therapy devices that may help you. This device in my opinion and should not be considered medical advice in anyway or form could be beneficial for the every day guy or gal with a few aches and pains stiffness etc but for serious back pain consider Saunders traction but beware these devices like Saunders sometimes offers only a few degrees of traction after slippage etc. Most doctors can recommend inversion tables but if you can only tolerate traction in supine and have moderate to serious compression issues consult your doctor and look for a secure belt system. For the amount of decompression those folks would need you don't want a system that uses your arm pits to secure your upper torso, you really really don't and will regret it. Nice presentation.
I realize that this is a very old video, but any chance you could post the information on that belt/harness with the straps that connect to the foot bar? I can find this InLine Back Stretch Bench, but not a belt like tha tone. I could make one, but I'd rather buy a good one. Thanks in advance.
Great product idea. I’ll definitely order one. (I don’t live far from Roswell) Question for you, when I self-decompress on the floor pushing down on my pelvis with my hands, I often get a release. It feels like a “thunk”, as if something was stuck in place and released. Any idea what that is? Is it normal? Its never painful and feels like it’s relieving tension.
any attachment or technique anyone can suggest if i want it to decompress just a tad bit more? any adapter to extend or shorten so you get more decompression with the few cranks it allows???
OMFG! I was thinking of doing a DIY myself as this really isn't difficult to build. I have most of the materials. The part I got hung up on was in fact the mechanism to do the pulling. I didn't even think of a threaded rod! GRRRR! LOL I have some extra motors with gears to drive the rod with. What a great idea!!! Thanks for that. Of course, I may use an Arduino or ESP32 to drive this and to be the timer. After a set time, it would release the pressure.
How do you hold your torso? With just does things under your arms? It seems like not enough pulling power if you have to hold with your arms. It would be better if it had a belt where you can tie yourself around the torso.
I have a tilt pelvis or uneven hip, crooked spine to the left of me body and herinated disc in L4 and L5. Would this equipment help straighten my tilt pelvis and my crooked spine?
There are countless presentations that a disc herniation can present in, so only a trained physician can tell you for sure if this approach is right for you specifically. Many people with an L5-S1 disc herniation do very well with the Inversion Belt and Stretch Bench combo. We recommend the following protocol for best results. docs.wixstatic.com/ugd/11b478_2f52fb34229c46a2931b82d5a9f8c607.pdf
@@AK-ww5gp people with heart conditions have to use a horizontal table and can't hang upside down. The table works very well for me but the belt addition went over the top and let's me walk and feel normal after years of back pain, nerve pain and trouble walking or standing.
Hi Dr. Cedrick I have spinal stenosis and socroliac joints dysfunction. If I use this decompression bench for my spine, is this going to affect or aggravate my SI joints. And how about hanging on the pull up bar? Thank you Dr. Cedrick. Dara
Dara it would be difficult for us to know if you can get some relief from our decompression system. The best advice we can give is to consult a trained physician and they would be in a better position to inform you.
They don’t mention that this is not cover by insurance and each session is approximately $300 dollars and if you have sciatica you’ll need at least 10 sessions which will come out to $3000 dollars! Is better to buy an inversion table and just hang upside everyday for 5 to 10 minutes and you’ll get the exact same results without breaking the bank
It can help to reduce muscle tension in your low back. Correcting a spinal curve is much more complex than just decompressing the spine, it requires proper spinal and neurological rehab. However, it can be very helpful to decompress the spine as part of a complete approach to restore a normal curvature.
Please, is it possible to send the inversion belt and the stretch bench combo to Brazil? If so, do you have any idea about how much the shipping would cost? Thank you.
In general it works however I encourage to not do it without and MRI and a doctor’s approval. For some people it could actually make things way more worse.
Machines are all different, the computer protocols and monitoring are different, the weight curves and cycles are different. The problem with some of the machines and this device is there is no weight curve meaning every time you "rachet" the device muscles will tighten and potentially put more pressure on the disc instead of getting to the highest negative pressure possible to retract a bulge or herniation. The only devices that have really been able to prove this true negative pressure is the vax-d, accuspina and DRX9000.
I love how small and light this table is compared to my inversion table and Total Gym. Looks like it would be a good size for putting in the back of our vehicle when going on vacation. What are the dimensions and weight?
+FrankATracy When the decompression system is shipped, the total weight is 27lbs with all the packaging. I is probably a few pounds lighter without packaging. It can easily fit in the trunk of a sedan when removing the extender, which is simple and quick to do.
+Inversion Belt 27 lbs. That's amazing! During our last vacation I was unable to take the inversion table or Total Gym because of their size and weight. I was able to find ways to stretch but not to the extent that I needed. And I paid the price. Not only on the vacation but in my regular workouts after we got home. Took several weeks to get back to where I was. And in one area of my workout I still haven't gotten back to normal, and that vacation was 7 months ago!
Every time my spine decompresses as soon as I get up take three steps I have a insane pane were it goes back to wear it just was .Guess has to do with the lack off disc material and cracks in vertebrae. What one Dr said then tried charging me two grand for a couple of x Ray's and a initial visit when I had insurance moral of the story don't hurt your back .
Same thing happens when Im on an iversion table. While imnon its heaven. Soon as I walk it feels like heck, however within 10-15 min the pain goes away and feel better than before getting on the table.
Assuming your doctor approved spinal decompression, a strategy that could help is to decompress very lightly for a 30 seconds, then release the tension for 30 seconds and repeat this cycle 5 times. Decompression too hard or too long may not be ideal for you.
What about pain in the armpits? Some reviews of seemingly identical devices even mention numbness of the arms. This seems that the indicate that the device cannot be used for lengthy periods.
@Inversion Belt .... Of course paint/numbness in the arms can and will happen depending on how much of a stretch you want and the length of time. I have the Inline back stretch machine (got it through amazon), and if I want a stronger stretch on my lower back, I can feel it in my pits and arms for certain. The other thing that people need to know is that there will also be heavy pressure on the foot as well (I've been using the inline machine only with socks. Need to get a new pair of shoes so I can give the top of my foot more padding (or I can just use some rolled up towels).
Will this help increase height permanently? I heard it can make cartilage strong therefore preventing height loss during the day. Is this true or will it not help increase height?
@@roundearthshill247 It could be appropriate for some and not for others. Decompressing the spine for such a long time could cause the stabilizing ligaments and muscles to over stretch which could lead to instability. In some cases when the discs have degenerated considerably, it could be beneficial. We cannot comment on what is appropriate for you specifically but a licensed physician would be.
The new Stretch Bench that we now sell can decompress the entire spine from the low back to the neck at the same time. www.inversionbelt.com/product-page/combo-back-stretch-bench-with-cervical-traction-inversion-belt
