Ingredients3 cups all purpose flour1 ½ cups sugar
1 scoop collagen
2 Tbsp flaxseed meal 3 tsp baking powder½ tsp salt¼ tsp cinnamon2 large eggs¾ cup buttermilk (or buttermilk substitute)½ cup oil2 tsp vanilla 2 cups fresh blueberries, can also use frozen, do not thaw
Mix dry and wet separately and then combine. Mix in berries last. Batter will be thick. Allow batter to rest 15 minutes before baking. Bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
