Hi! I have been following your content for a long while now. I came here from the Instagram group. Unfortunately no matter how healthy your recipe is, I cannot have it. I'm on a kidney friendly diet, and I'm not allowed to have cranberries, any kind of nuts, and lots of other stuff, only fibre based, oats based stuff. I was wondering if you could make a playlist for kidney stone patients or chronic kidney disease patients, easy to make and sustainable. I'm currently a PhD student and live abroad, it gets very hectic to maintain dietary restrictions and atill have a good palette from time to time.
