Pasta salad is also a favorite in my family in summer. There is no fixed recipe, I just add whatever I have / need to use / feel like to the cooked and cooled down pasta. I chop the things into the same small size of the pasta that I am using. This can be tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, sweet corn, tuna, watermelon, cheese, boiled eggs, pickled gherkins, olives, raw grated carrots, nuts, pomegranate seeds and herbs like basil, parsley and mint. The sauce is easy: olive oli, white wine vinegar or lemon juice, salt and pepper. In my opinion it tastes better, when you prepare the salad a few hours before you want to eat it, and keep it in the fridge, so that it will be really chilled, and so that the aromats can mix really well.
Looks amazing. I'm going to make it this weekend. I may add some Diced homegrown tomatoes and maybe a sprinkle of shredded cheese, Colby jack or a sharp cheddar
Just made this but with yellow bell pepper instead of red, garlic powder instead of fresh raw ones, greek yoghurt at 0% fat, no parsley and i added cherry tomatos. It tastes amazing!

could we combine some lowfat mayo with nonfat greek yogurt cant find any lowfat ones here? If so do you have a recommendation for the ratios? Thank you
