I get to go on a 2 week trip to be with my family down in Indianapolis my uncle and aunt plus my cousins:)), I enjoy just being outside reading doing summer studies all that stuff:)

i love how the flat is coming together!! we need a tour once it's completely done, if you're up to that. also i'm done with my degree in the next two weeks, and i'm doing this master in something completely different (i'm going from history and archaeology to tech lol) and i'm absolutely terrified, but i'm so proud of myself for actually going for it. you've helped a lot to encourage me do whatever it is i want to do despite the fears, so thank you so much for that

hii thank you for watching! 1) I like to slow down and do things I know will make he feel better like going for a walk or journalling about my dream life. I like to daydream and redirect my energy back onto my goals while also not stressing myself out :) 2) I tend to be consistent with my habits and even when I miss a day or two, remember it’s not the end of the world and I can always bounce back! I always like to remember how far I’ve come and how much farther I can go!

ahh thank u for watching! honestly I get anxious too but my biggest tip to get through it is to just think what’s the worst that could happen? I tried out for a lot of sports teams in high school and some I got on and some I didn’t but I’m glad I still tried in the end! 💗☺️💗 try out for the dance team! You got this!
* Study far away from your room so that you don't end up laying in bed * If you want, study with friends so that you motivate each other. *set a timer and force yourself to study until it ends. It doesn't have to be long, maybe 15 minutes. The goal is for you to start. When the timer ends, continue studying.
all of the above^^! also use your phone to Timelapse yourself while studying so you don’t use it and u get a satisfying video in the end! use the pomodoro method to study for 15 min straight then take a 5 min break and repeat :)
