Thanks so much for such informative diet plan.I am 44 , my height is 150cm and weight is 58kgs. I am doing regular exercises since last 2 years , although there is visible inch loss but there is no weight loss! My stamina has increased , so is my flexibility but I am unable to lose any weight. Why I am writing such a long post is that I brunch at 11:30 and then have dinner at around 9 pm , in between there is a coffee and a cup of tea. My day starts with a cup of tea as well.

The bad thing is that i work out in the night because i am so busy with my job during the day, but i do sleep like a baby. When you eat an early dinner and then give a gap until morning breakfast .. Hi Deepti...Can u plz help with an diet plan for the night shift people. I work in night shifts and would sleep around 4 am daily and would wakeup by 1pm. It would be great if you could help with a plan appropriate for night shift ppl.
The idea is to make everything predictable for the body.. which means that .. if it gets breakfast at 1.30pm daily... then keep the rhythm with good discipline .. and the body wil adapt.. Same rules apply..
This is the most simplified explanation of the diet plan. I follow almost everything except for the sweets. Have a sweet tooth :P what would you suggest to evade that? does jaggery help in any way? Also, would you suggest anything different for arthritis? Dancing with you is such fun. You are doing a great job. Stay blessed. More love from UK :)
Thank you so much.. dont evade it... cater to it.. in a nice balanced way.. so you can eat dates/gur/whole wheat based sweet with more dry fruits and seeds.. like ladoos or variations.. they are good for energy boosting as well.. Healthy eating habits are good for most people .. and the workouts will help strengthen your knees due to low impact movement.. thank you for the blessings

Hi Depti, Just a question in regards with lunch menu. When you say 1 portion of rajma chawal with rice and chole with rice. Do you mean eat either of them or eat both of them?
