1. Walk and Run:- As per Jeff Galloway
2. Dil Se Rate:- (180 - your age) 90% of
Training in MAF (Maximum Aerobic Function).
3. Mobility Training:- Cali Move
4. Strength Training 2-3 times
5. Cross Training 2 days
6. Recovery 1-2 days in a week
7. Breathing from Diaphragm
8. Patience:- Mind over Heart
9. Eat:- IF, Organic & Fresh
10. Sleep 6-9 hours
11. Weight BMI 18-23

मैंने कोरोना काल के बाद 63 वर्ष की आयु में रनिंग शुरू की। अब दो किलोमीटर की रनिंग कर लेता हू रुक रुक कर दस किलोमीटर कर लेता हूँ। इंटमिटेंट फास्टिंग शुरू की है। मेरा 8 किलो वजन कम कर लिया है। तीन किलो और कम करना है। आपकी वीडियो देखकर कई बातें सीख रहा हूं।

आपको यह बताते हुए हर्ष हो रहा है कि 17 मार्च 2024 को 7वीं एन एफ एल हाफ मैराथन में 10 किलोमीटर श्रेणी में 55-65 आयु वर्ग में मैं तीसरे स्थान पर रहा। आपके वीडियोज देख कर काफी कुछ सीखते हैं।
