Ingredients: 2 bananas 120g oats (both fine or whole rolled works well) Approx. 1 tbsp Oil (prevents batter from sticking) 3 egg yolks (you can give it a try with eggs whites too) 100ml milk (any milk is ok) Preheat oven to 180°C for 10 mins Tart: • Peel and mash bananas thoroughly • Add the oats to mashed bananas and mix • Add oil and mix • Mould into small tart cases (the thinner the crust, the more crispy it will come out) • Bake in the oven for 10 mins Custard: • Separate egg yolk and egg white for each egg • Stir to combine (not whisk) the milk into the egg yolks until the mixture is frothy (no air bubbles) • Run through the strainer • Spoon out any air bubbles • Take the tarts out of the oven (make sure the tarts are hard. If it is still soft, bake for a few more minutes) • Fill the custard into each tart until 80% full • Transfer back into the oven for 15 mins at 180°C Enjoy! (Please let me know if I missed out on anything)

I have been craving egg tarts for a while bc I can’t get them where I live. It’s also a pain to make the puff pastry and custard filling. This looks way easier. I’ll def have to try this out
Emi (or anyone), pls help me with this confusion I have had for a while now (if you can): Monday: Upper Body Workout (arms, back, chest, etc) Tuesday: Lower Body Workout (legs, etc.) Wednesday: Arms & Back Workout Thursday: Full Body Workout Friday: Full Body Workout I am not sure if this routine is like 'right' to be like a cardio workout/weight kind of workout because ya know, I don't want to lose like my muscles n' stuff, ya know? So yea, but what I am MAINLY asking is: "Is my work out what I just showed you Monday-Friday, count as like a cardio/strength workout, or do I have to do something else, for it to be a cardio/strength workout?
That looks amazing and I'll give it a try and bake them for picnic with friends :D More content on healthy recipes would be very welcome. Thank you Emi
Thanks for sharing this healthy egg tarts. I love egg tarts but I have high cholesterol. For the egg fillings, can I use only egg whites with milk without any egg yolks ?

I guess bananas already make the tart shell sweet, so that choosing the unsweetened milk will cut out the sugar 🤔 Edit: mama Wong looks kind, and i live her short hair~
