Starting today(june 20 2024) Weight:73.85 ✅Day 1:its hard but i just keep going, some of the exercise i didn't do it properly since its hard for me but i tried its all good actually.I will also eat 2 meals a day since i woke up around 8 or 9(just sharing).Just a reminder dont forget to do stretching so your body wont hurt that much and keep going!! How can i do these exercises without yoga mat it's hurting my knee when i do it on bare floor and i can't do this on bed because of fluffy mattress🙂 what should i do now?🙂💔

Yes , as long as you’re consistent and a calorie deficit will help . I use “ mynetdiary “ to track my calories . Its free and it has an optional premium .
hey everyone plz like or comment so i can remember to do this everyday because all my life i have bein bullied and called names because of my weight and after every week of doing this i will give an update and even my parents made me hate my body my bffs will tell me to lose some weight so i can look better or are you a cow you belong in a zoo not with us or they should give you a prize for being that fat so i started hating myself and never showed skin not even at my house and they started mocking me for that sorry for long story
I'm gonna do this for a week! Some information: I'm not following any diet, I eat 2 meals per day, breakfast (I eat around 7-11am) and dinner (I eat around 4-5pm), and occasionally some sweets. This is the only exercise I'm doing. I do this exercise around 4-6pm and do it only 1 time. My exercise schedule can change depending on what time I eat dinner, because I exercise after eating dinner (about 20-40 minutes after finishing). During exercises that I cannot do, I would change it to an easier version that still burns. Weight: 83kg Day 1: It burns and it's starting to sore. I also skipped or did less of some exercises because it burns a but too much! Day 2: When I woke up, my belly and legs were burning 🔥, but I pushed through the workout and tried to not give up! I did also skip some exercises. Day 3: I swear I was dying the whole time. It did feel a bit easier but the burn was wild! 😨 Day 4: Day 5: Day 6: Day 7: End weight:
