Hi Patrick, I have not long been following your channel, but I felt I had to write and say how good I think it is. Your videos are very real and well presented in a friendly and practical way. I must add that the transformation in your appearance after your weight loss is quite amazing, so congratulations on your tremendous achievement. You are a great example to others particularly other males not to shy away from facing up to and dealing with being overweight. I joined SW in May 2016 and a weighed 15.5st or 98.5Kg with a BMI of 30 which is considered obese. This was the second time in my life I found myself having to face up to being fat and overweight. The first time was many years ago and I dealt with by my own will power and determination. However on this occasion being older it was proving very much harder to lose the weight. I was recommended and urged to join SW by a work friend. Nervously I went to my first group and was pleasantly surprised how friendly and inclusive everybody was. By embracing the SW concept and following the process exactly, as well as attending weekly groups for the weigh in I Have managed to lose 5st or 31.7Kg and now weight 11st or 69.8Kg with a BMI of 24 so I am living proof like you that SW works. I totally endorse everything you say in your videos so keep up the good work ….and to the other subscribers I say spread the word about this channel to help other get on to thier own weight loss healthier journey.

Just found your channel and love your videos. I found that Tesco sells Eat Lean Protein Cheese and because it has barely any fat you can have 70g...It is dry but good for cooking. I use it in my recipes because I like a lot of cheese...to eat it plain its a little rubbery...it is better cooked..
Joined a group yesterday hopefully ill hit my target of 15 stones. Got to be honest the healthy B's is a bit complicated at the moment and I seem to be having a lot of protein but im sure ill get the hang of it in a little while. This video helped thanks.
I would like to thank you for helping me to understand a little better I am dyslexic and I find it very very hard to understand. What would help is a list of food that we are are not allowed to eat on a extra easy plan as I am stuck . It would be lovely if we could see a before photo of you before you lost all your weight you look amazing well done x

I've been youtubing my journey too, I've lost 5 stone since last october and aiming for 3 more off by the summer to get my target. Fingers crossed!! Susan One and only I've just joined and in a few days it will be my first weigh in.. I havnt used a health extra yet.. I can't eat dairy and have been very careful on what I eat.. Does it matter if I use them healthy extras or not?

i make my own hummus because i don't like raw garlic and not a lot of tahina how do i count it in because i use 1 table spoon of light tahina and it makes a 500g bag of chickpeas thanks jo
Weigh In the link you have included is very out of date and oil and humous haven't been a healthy extra B choice for a long time. The best place to check healthy extras is the SW website and if it's a healthy extra it has HE beside it.
Weigh In Time thank you for the reply. Just wondering I’m cooking meals through the sw website but not cooking ones with carbs , or just cutting the carbs out and having lots of speed salads etc. But I am having my syns and muller light yoghurts etc. Will I still loose weight? X
