Hi, do you have the app pepper? If so can u please tell me your username so I can make your recipes? Also if you dont know what pepper is it’s kinda like instagram for recipes
I would like to point out the cost difference in the dishes, I'm wondering if her dishes still cost the same as the other basic healthy meals pictured? They very well could be the same price but if not it's always a big part of how people diet and eat healthy. I'm privileged to live in Amish country where we have markets and fresh products all year round, yet people in cities have to pay much more for the same items that I prepare and that can make eating good food near to impossible. Poverty is the main cause of people not being able to eat true healthy meals
Yeah let’s not forget that fast food like hamburgers from Mac Donald’s or whatever is way cheaper than going to an actual healthy place. A lot of people don’t have much money to spend on healthy foods like you said and people’s lifestyle nowadays is very rushed and stressful, hence it’s name “fast food”. It’s way more practical to grab an hamburguer and eat it while you walk than sit down and eat a healthy meal when you barely have any time to eat through out the day. I’m glad I have the time to go to a healthy place and seat down or go home to cook my own healthy meals but I know a lot of people that can’t do that
@@no-zf3te living in amish country typically just means that there are amish owned markets nearby, or that you can go to amish settlements and pay for fresh produce from them.
I'm Arabic and we have something called manaeesh labneh (مناقيش لبنة بسلطة) with salad on it (by salad I mean cucumbers, mint, lettuce, olives, and I think also tomatoes) it tastes so good and is very filling. I recommend going to a levantine (Palestinian, Syrian, Jordanian, Lebanese) restaurant/bakery to eat it or make it at home
@@Ana-px9nb y'all missing the point 💀 and it's so funny the key is balance. Salad, chicken, green vegetables and NOTHING ELSE is never gonna be a balanced diet. You need more variety to bring the BALANCE, she never said chicken or vegetables aren't good, she simply said if y'all eat the same 2 things every day you're never gonna be having a balanced diet.
@@Mina-rf3nw bro i know this, but btw in my point of view some health foods how looks like less "attractive" to eat can be more tasty than the "attractive". (The point of my comment). Like egg, everyone says about how good is for diet but eat everyday can be seek. And for me Rice, beans, chicken and salada is just perfect
I feel like that is a commonly misunderstood thing, when you diet or eat healthy you aren't taking away the bad stuff but rather making sure you are getting all of the good stuff while still having good tasting food
Yes queen!!! There are so many ways to make healthy food amazing, spices, different textures, fats and oils makes seemingly boring food absolutely phenomenal 😍🤓
Finally someone said it 🙃 where I live I can only afford her boring list of foods cuz I gotta buy everything frozen and on discount. I can only afford her type of meals very few times a year
As a South East Asian watching this. Damn all those foods are dessert like and cold. When I think about healthy food... Hot Warm Meals!! Dim Sum, Congee, Homemade chicken/ pork bone broth, some soup noodles!! eat all sorts of cooked vegetables! different varieties of fish, pasta it ain't bad, some days Chinese style cooking, some days Malay Spicy coconut curry based meat dish, banana leaf rice, BBQ korean meat wrapped with lettuce and kimchi!, okonomiyaki aka Cabbage pancake, some sushi (yeah sushi must be cold)😋 👌 Have fresh fruits as dessert, drink milk chai tea/ coffee without sugar or just plain green tea. while I do eat salad occasionally, nothing feels satisfying than a complete warm balanced meal cooked with wholesome ingredients! 😌
She was raised in a totally different environment and culture where bland food is the norm. I like the stuff you mentioned as well but my mom doesn’t really like it so it really depends on what you grew up around. Kimchi isn’t for everyone as well.
Maybe it's the culture, I'm Mediterranean with a hot/warm climate for most of the year so having warm meals anytime outside the winter months (and not even then most of the time lol) sounds unbearable.
@@liyenong2017 Oh wow! Yeah it definitively is the culture and not the climate lol. Same array of temperatures here as well, and now with the summer I only want the coldest things. Don't you get hot while eating or are you just used to it?
Exactly! I eat yogurt parfaits for breakfast and the spice is the chocolate sauce I put on it 😂 but it’s good! I also have peanut butter and Nutella with strawberries and chocolate chips on toast and it just makes it a little better 🫠
Ok and that's not her problem?? If u have the time, i would highly recommend. But if others can't then that's just how it is. She can't be the problem here.
@@mahdireza5695 Nobody has said that this woman is the problem. The produce she is using in every one of these dishes is very expensive to buy on a regular basis though, especially in America. So yes, a lot of people can't eat like this due to monetary restrictions. Money is a bigger problem than most realize when it comes to healthy eating. It's not your fault though. Some privileged few don't experience this deficit of money therefore not realizing how expensive healthy food really is for the majority. Have a nice day .
Its not just that. Of course it looks good when freshly made and nicely plated in an aesthetic bowl. I put my food in tupperware, throw it in my bag, and rush to work. I also microvawe it before eating. Its a mess, not pleasing for the eyes, lol.
Yeah y’a do. It’s rlly not as hard as it looks and takes a similar amount of time to the first meals she showed. Have you even tried? Chopping up some veg and tofu takes 10 minutes and then just shove it in the oven to roast lit NO EFFORT.
To anyone who reads this: You are capable of the best✨❤️ There is an special purpose and goal of creating you.❤️ Don't underestimate yourself and your existence🌱 Just focus on the sending and receiving good vibes❤️ keep up the good work and get your hopes up. Good luck with your days. this year will be a big break in your life. make it big💪🏼💫❤️❤️
THANK YOU!!! People need to realise that eating healthy isn’t a salad every meal, it’s pastas, rice, chicken, chilli and even some chocolate! It’s just got more veg in it and it’s not McDonald’s and kfc every night Edit: idk how this comment section turned into an arguement abt carbs 😭
@@Fortniteiife827 who told you that? It’s a proven vital part of a balanced human lifestyle becuase if the carbohydrates. As long as it’s mixed with veg
She's European, here getting healthier ingredients (which make many meals) is cheaper than fast food (which lasts 1-2 meals), it just takes time and planning to cook and store appropriately.
Cool... I have been following your workout since a while and honestly the are incredibly amazing🤩 I have shred my weight and my strength has also increased. Thanks Chirayu Jain Form India 🇮🇳
Man, I wish I could stick with a diet like that but if I limit myself to just healthy foods I always end up binging....so instead I sprinkle a lil bit of both in with moderation
Can somenody please tell me the music name after the add a little bit of spice? I really fund that sound nostalgic and I would really be happy if anyone told me :) Edit: Some nice guy told me the name and it's "90mh but it's a chill lofi type beat" hope you have a good random stranger :)
Yeah once I started eating healthy I realized it’s a huge misconception that you can only eat salads you can have treats just keep it from 1-2 per week :)
@@bhdf5304 she say she like to add some spice but she didnt cos well she just put fruit how are you gonna spice fruit? Also she make fun of oatmeal then eat oatmeal later
OMG is this a sign... So basically legit a few mins ago I finished watching Howl's Moving Castle and now this is the first thing I get on shorts.... The music im dyingggg
Aesthics to validated one’s self and appear in a “high” social class. Does not want to be associated with the first part of the video of typical “boringly” healthy meals so tries her best to stand out while maintaining a superior mindset to other peoples food choices and control or lack thereof
i mean it ain’t the healthiest but “healthy” doesn’t always mean just some lettuce, lettuce, and more lettuce and stuff. as long as it ain’t junk then it is healthy
Traditional Asian foods are a billion times tastier and healthier than whatever that garbage in the video is. Just eat yummy authentic food, and exercise to eat more.🤗
@@rory9698 I made comment about it too before seeing yours, yeah Asian food rocks, while Western countries some dish are great being simple like steak dishes and those Italian pasta dish, well what I'm saying is most western "healthy" dish that is not based on traditional dish, as in these are all made for insta tik tok viewers. it's all based on appearance, there's no spice at all, and to make these healthy dish is a lot of hassle to make. it looks more like a dessert / snack than a meal to me. not surprised how most people can't keep it up. Heck the vegans should even try Buddhist style cooking, tastes much better than vegan processed food and I'm not vegan nor Buddhist but just saying taste wise Asian is superior 😎
@@rory9698 Because those food are just leaves and water That is why healthy foods are looked down this much, because you all are forcing a child to eat your boring meals
Seeing your video really helps me out I’ve been more motivated actually finishing tasks up and moving! It’s crazy but there’s been a lot of tears along the way 😂 anyways I’m the first type of food I’ve been trying to eat healthy but I don’t like all that fancy stuff so I eat greens and chicken
i honestly just want to see simple healthy food that actually tastes good. i’m not good at cooking or baking and my patience is smaller than that pea but i want to eat healthy 🫠
I ain’t gonna lie, the time saved when eating boring organic food is why I love it so much. Its the simplicity of boring food that makes you appreciate when you have a tasty treat on an occasion
