You should try Turkey Bacon it’s low in fat because it’s lean and so much higher in protein than pork bacon.

You should try plenish for your milks! They have a much higher nut content than Alpro! X

I work in Asda and sometimes do home shopping and you can request for no subs if what you want isn’t there! If you don’t though they will sub what isn’t there!

processed foods ar in no way healthy even if its a vegi dog witch buy the way looks like what I dog makes on the hard after eating a lot of grass do not think I would eat that. anything with added sugar oor salt also not good any fried food not good food cooked in oil other then avocado oil not good. and no people mct and coconut oil are not healthy they are just better then lesser oils but all oil is bad for you except for virgin gold pressed avocado oil that is not headed to the smoking point and eating in moderation. look up the affects of oil on the body once it can make you cringe.
