Disclaimer: I haven't tried this yet (my freeze dryer is on order). Another channel suggested using gelatin (jello) powder mixed into the yogurt before FDing to make the final product less chalky.

Oooh. Yum. Ive made then with low fat flavoured yoghurt, and they turned out really chalky, and not great… I have heard Greek yoghurt isn chalky. Im definitely going to try this.. thank you :).
