This Healthy Grocery Haul video comes at the request of some of my subscribers. I used the grocery pick-up option at Whole Foods Market so I didn't have to do into the store during the pandemic.
When I make my grocery list for the week, I use a template for healthy meals that are paleo-friendly and grain-free. I generally make a green smoothie recipe for breakfast, salads for lunch with a lean protein, and then a stew with veggies and potatoes for dinner. Our healthy snacks include grain-free chips or dark chocolate.
The amount of food I showed covers about 4-5 days of meals all cooked at home for Alan and me.
