Let's beat the heat with this easy homemade, healthy kulfi recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
Milk 1 Litre
Organic trail jaggery powder 1/4 Cup
Elaichi powder/Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
Chopped badam/almonds 8-10
Chopped pista for garnishing 8-10
RECIPE:
1. Take a heavy bottom pan & add milk into it.
2. Boil the milk on high flame till one boil.
3. After one boil turn the flame to lowest & keep stirring the milk till it reduces to half.
4. Once milk is reduced to half put chopped almonds and jaggery powder and mix well.
5. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
6. Now switch off the pan and keep aside to cool.
7. Once the mixture is cool pour it into kulfi molds. Now refrigerate for 8-10 hours or overnight.
8. Kulfi is ready. Dip the mold in water & take out the kulfi.
9. Garnish with some chopped pista & serve. Enjoy!!!
