Reminiscing on my littles preschool homeschool years…I still consider teaching all three of my kids how to read one of my greatest accomplishments. They all became avid readers…then after that…they learned anything they wanted to. 📚 ❤

Would definitely love to hear more about the Let Them Be Little book. My first baby is due next month, so I have quite a bit of time before I need to worry about official curriculums for homeschooling but I am excited to start learning and choosing the things that will work best for us!
I’ve recently started oil pulling again too! It’s really hard to get through lol. I’m glad I’m not alone. How long would you say you ground for? I’ve been going outside in the morning when the sun comes out and I’ve been loving feeling the sun, and then I step on the cold grass because I honestly crave it!! But I only have time to do it for about 5 minutes and I’m not sure if that actually does anything, although I do feel wonderful! Hey do you have any period recommendations? Lately I’ve been having more pms and cramps. I keep wanting to try shilajit but I end up forgetting… I’m also taking iron supplements and I don’t think it’s ok to mix. Anyways love these videos and you always make me so hungry! Fun fact I usually watch your videos before I go to Costco for some ideas haha!
1. Yes it’s hard to get through oil pulling 🥺😭 2. Ive heard that grounding is instant! Apparently any length of time is beneficial! I do anything from 30 seconds to 5-10 min! Just kinda depends:) I know what you mean though about the grass feeling addicting! Actually as we’re typing this I’m craving it and want to go ground now hahaha
3. I’m sorry your PMS is bad! These suggestions may be already things you’re doing… but 1. Cut seed oils…2. Epsom salt baths…3. Magnesium on the bottom of your feet before bed…4. Be gentle with yourself on your period!

Legit girl I don’t… that’s embarrassing but I was just thinking the other day I need new ones… I HAVE cleaned them in the past but it’s just difficult and gunks back up…& I just haven’t gotten to it lately… I usually just do a simple rinse each time I refill…
The homeschool materials looks nice. My three year old uses ABC Mouse and the worksheets. I've been thinking about switching it out when he finishes for the year. It was only $45 on Black Friday. I was looking at the Good and Beautiful curriculum. Have you heard of it?
Interesting! I’ve never heard of ABC mouse! I have heard of the Good and Beautiful though! I hear it’s a lovely well made curriculum… it was developed by an LDS member, so that’s good to know just from a worldview and faith perspective obviously… but everything I’ve heard is that there’s no specific LDS content in there and it’s very nice… like the title implies:)

That’s exactly hoe we coslept. Once they got a little older we put a basket of blankets and pillows in our room. They had to go to sleep in their rooms but we’re welcome to come in anytime, make their own bed and let me sleep. 😊

I have done oil pulling in the past but was recently at my dentist and my daughter's orthodontist and asked them both for their opinion on it, and they both told me there is no scientific evidence that oil pulling has any real benefits, the only thing it does is maybe make you brush your teeth a bit better if your mouth feels greasy. 🤷🏼♀️
Yes! This does have a tens unit in it as well! The wave it creates is totally different tho…. A tens is just for essentially numbing pain… this wave literally helps to stimulate, engage and GROW muscles… it also helps to find imbalances in your muscles… kinda crazy
