Thank you very much. My mom is 95 with multiple chronic conditions. I share this with her. She is down on occasions, but never out. She is very resiliant. I needed this. 😊❤

My wife and I are in our early 70s and visit the gym everyday. So sad as the majority of people in the gym are under 40…in fact there is one guy of 80 plus us with a membership of 600 gym users…so sad few older,people exercise
