I really enjoy your videos. You make whole nutritious foods that most have in pantry or can get without breaking the bank. I also like how healthy and easy they are. Also, when you don't always use organic or use one type of diet you show that you can still eat to nourish you body without feeling it is an all or nothing type of thing. I think some of these RU-vid channels make unrealistic expectations. I too now buy my meat from Butcher Box, which once you buy you won't ever go back to the grocery store meat. While watching your video I took out my butternut squash to roast, thanks for the boost this afternoon to makes good food. Have a great week!

The idea of meal prep has always been so overwhelming for me. But I am loving this six2start idea - how you divide it into 2 protein, 2 veggies so on which makes so much sense, and I find it easier now to make a choice of what to cook for the next week. Also that the choices you show can be turned into multiple recipes e.g. hardboiled eggs so I don't feel like I am eating the same thing over and over. LOVE it!

Oh my goodness I was stalking youtube yesterday waiting for your SIX2START for the week and I am loving this one cannot wait to try it! I have never made butternut squash so now will be good time to try it. Can you do a video on controlling sugar cravings and healthy eating when nursing a baby who still isn't sleeping through the night? (So I'm severely lacking sleep plus have the 'nursing mom' hunger!) I can't seem to stop the random binges on granola bars or chocolate chips etc etc! I'm also starting short 20 minute workouts everyday and that seems to be spiking my hunger even more!

Some great recipes here! Love the sound of the Chicken Salad; so quick using a rotisserie chook! Personally, I think I'll toss in a hearty handful of chopped flat-leaf parsley, both for the added greens and a freshness burst. As for the Unstuffed Pepper Skillet, will definitely try but with chicken/turkey/pork instead. Also, can't *stand* cauliflower (and also sets off gout for me), so likely to save up broccoli stems and finely dice them in as a substitute. Thanks for the inspiration! :)
The rotisserie chicken salad recipe was delicious! Thanks for the idea. I used regular mayonnaise but I would love to try avocado mayonnaise if I knew where to get it.
