My husband and I absolutely loved it! Making it for the second time in a week as it is super easy and good option for tiffin as well. I ate it with some coconut chutney and its a great combo. Highly recommend it. Like said in the video, soaking really helps. I soak and wash in the morning before going to work so after coming back it reduces the cooking time. Enjoy :)

If we discard the overnight millet soaked water, some water soluble vitamins may be drained away, which affects the overall nutritional content. Can someone clarify ?
My opinion is that the little millett, or any other millett ,need not be soaked over night. One or two hours maximum is enough for soaking as the millett may not lose its natural nutrients. Thank you.
