Great presentation! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and wisdom, Rick. And thank you, Amanda, for making this all possible. Always a pleasure. I had the good fortune to attend several lectures & presentations by James Hillman (Rick Tarnas, too) while attending Pacifica Graduate Institute and found Hillman to be a shit stirrer par excellence! He stirred up my shit pretty good at times, which always took me to a place of deep reflection. Hillman was controversial throughout his career, but I always found him engaging, stimulating, and thought provoking, and feel blessed to have had experienced his insights and perspectives in small group settings.

Fantastic Rick-rave with Amanda distillation. This is the first time I have heard an astrologer refer to the historical beginnings of the craft and the distortions that have occurred due to the use of astrology by the power hungry men of the time. Really appreciate this video. The upcoming Saturn Uranus square will be forming a t-square with my Sun. Saturn transits don’t feel good no matter how well we prepare. The only thing we can do is accept life has subjectively (Chris Brennan) good and bad events and we grow coming out of difficult situation. As Eckhart Tolle says ‘life is here to challenge you’.

WOW!!!! That was amazing. Rick, as always, completely blown away by your wisdom. Amanda, I have a separating Sun and Pluto conjunction in Libra in my 12th house. It enables me to travel roads that would leave others crumpled in fear. I would not trade my chart for anyone else's. Each of us is the Great Work. There is nothing more noble than being you.

This is excellent, always so good! You guys rock! I have a natal T-square of Mars, Pluto and Saturn; and a grand water trine that includes Jupiter trine that Saturn, so I have a lot to work with! The good part of being 65 is that I have finally accepted that learning to ride this horse is a lifelong journey.

I''m watching this in 2023 and while I have been studying astrology since 2000 -- and more intensely since the "crises" upon turning 40 -- and having survived the pandemic by pretty much following the "suggestions" of Rick Levine here. You are one of the best out there Rick....I resonate with your philosophy SO MUCH and could listen to you for hours. No prophet, teacher, astrologer etc. should ever tell someone what to do, just tell them what they are working with and allow them the space to fill in the blanks. Yes, giving insight is part of it, but nobody has all the answers. 'Good and bad' transits...so helpful and so very well explained!!!!!

I have Mars in Cancer but 6th house! I have rescued animals as long as I can remember, still do! I am a prevention specialist/outreach for children and families! I feel Mars is there for me to do what I am doing. That is a daily routine!

I love rick. Our ethics align! Sometimes I feel like I would be a famous astrologer or just in charge of some social movement or a big CEO if I could stop being so honest and humble about “what I Know” the truth is most people want you to tell them how to think or what to think, and I “only “ offer choices, and I respect everyone's differing believe so much so that when you don't understand the big picture, it seems like I am saying I don't know or understand anything.

Im so grateful I found this video now, as Saturn is in Pisces where i have four personal planets which makes aspects with all my natal planets. I have never been in a difficult situation than as I am now, but this video confirmed that i need to seek the lessons and outgrow patterns so when it is over, i look back wiser. I love listening to Rick. I started really learning about astrology when I was separated from my husband and my business partner decided to close our business. It was 2011 when Uranus moved in to Aries. I’m an Aries sun, Leo Rising, and Capricorn moon. It was an extremely hard time. I was being squared and and shaken to my core, but “all things work together for the good of those who love God.” I chose to keep seeking the highest good and God’s best. All people have a thorn, fire, or lion’s den at some point! If you keep your eyes and faith, you’ll find the purpose, blessing, and abundance on the other side even though you may be sick, afraid, lonely, or hurting right now.

Bravo! Brilliant overview of leaning in and welcoming transformation. Be open to change! Seems simple but it requires clearing of past to look forward toward change and welcome challenging aspects. Life is an adventure, embrace the change, leap from the ledge as Fool in Tarot. Loved how you included that we change the past in order to transform our present reality, including perception, actions, and reactions. I'm borrowing that as it de-mystifies the whole process. I have Mars/Saturn conjunction in cancer on the ASC/12th house square Pluto (4th) and Venus (10th). So a T-Square. I struggled all my life with consistency in business. I had issues with my father but went through. I did everything on my own. I was risen in fame and felt down like a stone in water, but I am 46 now and start all over again. Obviously, I was a male in my previous life and now I have to learn mastering my life as female energy.
