I agree with you doctor! Chocolate is good for you but it depends on what KIND of chocolate you’re eating. I have the organic raw cocao powder that I use to make my own treats etc… it’s so good too! 😃❤️

But aren't the low sugar ones filled with bad sugar substitutes

Those substitutes don't cause weight gain, the natural ones are all fine

Some do but if you go 85% caco it will have very little sugar so you don't have to go for sweeteners (it tastes bitter at first but when you golet used to it you get a great rich chocolate flavour)
