Hi! I loved your ideas! What do you think about red tuna? I like to marinate it with soy sauce for a few days and then make a nice veggie wok and add the tuna with jasmine rice. I'm a big fan of chillies so I toss them in together with some green peas! It is delicious!

I’m 55 and in pretty good shape although I’ve never worked out with weight much, so I was looking at your full body workout twice a week and the mrt workout you discuss here. Yes. You have to exercise too. I love when fat people think they dont need exercise. Then get defensive defending why its not necessary. As they buy expensive shty diet foods with complex points and sht. They fat as sht still but earned & learned a calculus degree trying the diet. #snl #netflix #wwe #ufc #joerogan ...not shaming i lost a ton of weight and nobody ever ask how. Been slim for 20 years now. You got to exercise. Lol. Its the most ridiculous debate too. The others take offense to. Some will not exercise no matter what. And would have a heart attack argument explaining why not necessary rather than go for a walk nightly. Some even work long hours so they can crutch on that excuse. I bet you could go in an accouting office and call center. And offer cars home loans like Oprah etc. If they simply walked a half mile a day for 30 days and some wouldnt do it. Would bitch and call you shamer or racist etc. Or fake an asthma attack or injury and try to still get the participation prize for trying.... ...Then they blame vodoo thyroid issues that sometimes occur but they clearly havent read into it enough to actually know. But its a wildcard excuse. They say i have a hereditary thyroid issue undiagnosed that i learned about during a 40 minute with commercial interruption doctor phil episode
I agree with you doctor! Chocolate is good for you but it depends on what KIND of chocolate you’re eating. I have the organic raw cocao powder that I use to make my own treats etc… it’s so good too! 😃❤️
From my 40 to 46 i ate omad. I dont know why i stoped never been in better health. I am turning 51 today and i will as a present to my self start omad again.
I’m only 24 years old, recently been put on blood pressure meds as my doctor as found my diastolic number to be high. Upon walking up stairs or just walking for a few minutes my diastolic reaches 115, but at rest is okay. Unsure on whether this is normal?
