Cool interview, there isn't many shoots with him so that's a good one! I'm shocked that him and Sting had very little interactions, I always thought Sting "coached" or helped him work the gimmick, particularly since Sting obviously allowed him to wear some of his attires (like at Fall Brawl 96).
that was actually a pretty good storyline and he actually looked like Sting it should have ended with the real Sting beating the fake one missed opportunity
Really liking your channel, Mike. I grew up in the '60's( I was a junior in high school the year you were born!) Lived in the Philadelphia area. Years before cable. Wrestling back then meant Bruno! I know near the end he kinda knocked the business, but. I believe that in a huge way he was responsible for making the business popular. Kind of lost interest in the late '90's so watching your stuff is like gold! Thanks again!
nWo Sting was such a cool idea. The WWF made their own Razor and Diesel when they couldn’t get those guys. The nWo, the WWF style company, made their own Sting because they couldn’t get the real one.
The guy is right he did what he was told and pushed the character. If you agree with the fake sting or not is something different but this guy is right.
It was just a storyline. Im sure sting didn't mind ,hes a professional. Plus the bogus sting was cringe and sucked , he was never a threat to the original Sting. Just keeping it real. Nothing person against the bogus Sting..
