Correcting Mr. Lynch - most of the cases were dismissed for 'lack of standing', not lack of evidence. Lack of standing occurs when a party bringing a lawsuit does not have a sufficient connection to and harm from the law or action challenged. To have standing, the plaintiff must have a personal stake in the outcome of the case. I find that lack of standing DOES NOT apply regarding the election process, as every citizen is affected by the outcome and should be a plaintiff/interested party!
