this is like weird and hard to explain, but this song sounds exactly like what I felt when I stopped being sad and scared all the time and actually started living

this song is like growing up. how innocent and soft the first notes are and nearing the middle, your life gets more confusing, this is adolescence. As you get into adulthood, the notes become more and more intense. There's more going on, there's a lot to be figured out. There's joy, sadness, emptiness, fulfillment. It's all a mix. In the end, there's a chaotic calm.. In the chaos, you have finally found a balance. It's not gonna go back to the innocent and soft notes of childhood but you have settled down and found a balance that will help you live. I just found Sleeping at Last and OMG I love this song.

This song brings out my romantic side wishing that I could find someone that listens to this music and understand why it means so much more

Of the five songs on this ep Hearing was the only one with no words, thus allowing you to not only hear but to listen every key and every instrument....your ability to hear is not a privilege everyone has but for those that do, it’s amazing that we can hear music like this and for it to resonate with you

last night I dreamt about my grandmother. she was a tiny woman with a little hump on her back. it strikes me that I cannot remember the details of her face, but of her hands. they were big, with thin soft fingers that would caress your face any time they could. she smelled good like fresh soap and had always a smile for her grandchildren and kind words only. it still pains me to think of her, but in a way like this song does. in a way like I know her love is not lost. it's still there somewhere and it's like I can grasp it at times. probably it's in me reflecting it on everything and everyplace I see and touch, in the sounds and beauty of life.

This song makes me feel like I'm suddenly on the outside, looking at the entire world through glass. It makes me reflect on my entire life and acknowledge every beautiful and miserable moment. It's like it forces everything into perspective and makes me see everything as it is. I don't fucking know how music is doing all that but it's doing it. So beautiful.

If I ever became blind, this would be the first thing I'd want to listen to. The beginning especially makes me feel comforted and full of joy that no matter what happens I will be held by my father in heaven. Reminds me of when I was a child and something scary would happen or I'd be in a dark room and feel alone, I'd have to just face the fear and know that everything would be okay. That's the most comforting feeling in the world.

This makes me feel like I'm not in the world anymore but flying in the space. I don't know, it's just a weird feeling, but I love it.

I love that in the song called 'Hearing, the visual was of fire- more specifically, of silent fire. You can imagine without effort the quiet crackling, the subtle roar that always comes with small flames. Hearing isn't always factual; sometimes it's the things we don't have to hear to understand that are truly special.

Another beautiful micro music video. I think this one is one of my favourites, I felt mesmerized and hypnotized by the movement of the fire, and the song fit in perfectly

This is quite possibly my favorite song. It's especially beautiful without lyrics. Something about this song, at each crest in the music, makes me feel like it, rather than air and blood, fills my lungs and heart. It's peace and a home and the beauty of nature for me. Had the opportunity to share it with my mother while she was ill a while back and it made her feel strong and alive. Thank you 🙏🏼

I can't describe this song with any other word than "reassurance". It's like the comfort I never heard, that whispers warmly to me and tells me "that everything will be alright at some point" I really don't know how to feel sometimes, I feel like I never grew up, that I'm stuck in the same place and time. But this song is like the warmth of a campfire in the middle of a dark forest, it makes me feel that I am accompanied by a real "someone".

This is about hearing with the heart instead of needing lyrics.

This song reminded me of the late night drives I have with my family every Saturday night (a little family tradition my family has). In Summer with the windows down and a cool breeze coming through them. All we can hear is my dad's music and all I can feel is a sense of calmness. Like even though I might be struggling through something, nothing is wrong, and everything is peaceful.

I’ve been hearing impaired since birth. This means that I can hear but only slightly, and I struggle to hear particular sounds such as high frequencies. It’s not the same for everybody, people with hearing impairments can be moderate-severe. I will always worry about my future and whether I will become fully deaf when I’m older. If that day ever does come, and I lose my hearing forever, I will be forever grateful that I at least got to hear this masterpiece. Please take a moment to appreciate the instruments, sounds and overall melody, you never know when you might never hear it again ❤️

Big rant here. I'm seventeen, a trans guy. I've been out for two years. My whole life I've suffered from depression, anxiety, and ADHD. My memories don't feel real. I don't feel real. I am not alive. And then I met her. All the sudden, color. Color was everywhere. The dull background music became bright and loud and oh so pleasantly overwhelming. And I loved. The first time in my miserable life, I loved. To the core. I loved. I loved. I AM IN LOVE. And I'm finally alive. I feel again, I know the pain and pleasure I feel the joy I feel the grief in a cascading symphony of love and fear and war and peace, I am the chaos, the music, I am the chords that ring. I am in love and I am finally alive. And... She will never be mine. All the sudden that vibrancy crashes down again and the world. Is. Empty. It's so empty. It's cold. It's so cold. I'm left to wonder, is this all life is? Have I been fighting for nothing? Nothing. I end up in a hospital. I still love her, and she loves me, even if she can't feel the same. I learn to cope. God it's hard. But I'm still alive. How am I alive when I'm dead? I'm dead and buried and I can't be alive but I'm breathing. It's so strange. I'm back in school, and I'm working. All summer, I work. I want to stay with them. I want to protect them. I want to be with them. And the orchestra of my life swells with music so beautiful I can hardly stand it. Where a numb shell once stood is now a man more confident that Zeus, a man who is powerful and sure and strong. He is the crutch his friends lean on, and he is the crow that nudges the chick from the nest to the path he once took. He has never felt so alive. He is named Timber Kou Rose. He is unstoppable. He is finally himself.
