We simply cannot entertain any talk of replacing the manager next season,us fans need to be prepared for a new team to take shape it won’t happen overnight.
Should maybe have taken that attitude with Gio if our s fan s couldn't show patience with Van bronkhurst. Hiw do you expect then to have any with Clement. Bottom line Clement eas as much at fault for throwing the league as. The players but he knew he had the safety net of the modern it s not his players mantra giu can Dress it up all hiu like But Manger that cannot beat celik. Isn't going to last at Rangers and they were poor last season. Philip Clement will struggle if he doesn't get at least a Draw At parkhead . David is right he will get next season But van bronkhurst should have Been given the the whole season. The mick Beale experiment should never have happened.
@@stewartbalmer1515 Gio is gone , if you accept it was a mistake then let’s not repeat.Clement had a team of players that simply didn’t have the cahonas to win a league they proved that repeatedly , that and a shocking injury list robbed us of the chance we had. Clement made some selection mistakes but that was always easy when you are working with such poor talent.Pep will tell you he sometimes gets it wrong that’s football management it’s tough.
@stewartbalmer1515 The way we shit all over Gio. Still makes me feel ashamed. We now know ( 100% conclusive ) - that is was Tavernier and Co , who were shit. - Not Gio. Shame on the fans for letting the board away with truly shocking behavior. Not the Rangers way. ( the old school way ) ( the only way ) I really hope Giovanni rips it up in Turkey.
Apart from actual signing I believe we will be looking to cut our wage bill by £5-10 million pounds. Look at Cordoba signed by Norwich £7k per week Davies £20k plus
We desperately need a captain, i'd strip it from Tav if he stays, we need a lad of stature, confidence and ability for the rest of the players to feed off in the mould of Gough & Butcher, Tav is just too used to failing.
I don't disagree with you btw, but imagine a centre half with the stature of either of the 2 boys you've mentioned in today's game: you're talking about 2 starters in probably 6 of the top 10 teams in England, 80+ grand a week?!
Odds of qualifying for the champions league will be difficult but achievable though I wouldn’t put my house on it. Champions League money would change our fortune
Player of the year , you would hope it would be a wonderful midfield general or a prolific striker or even a highly entertaining winger but should never be the goalkeeper, that just shouts out poor season.
The story so far. Looks 100% stick-on that *James* is staying (another 2 years) We're signing injured loan players We're signing U19 lads (that won't be 1st team) [ see: Lovelace ] Absolutely NO ONE is after ANY of our duds. Meanwhile -- Celtic all set to buy several 5mil 1st teamers. When will our 'fans' revolt and demand visible progress? I'm telling you right now. If this guy goes to parkhead with Tavernier as captain ( and right back ) - and we get spanked (" but that's understandable- because we're "building" ) I tell ye. It's gonna blow. No ( football ) person can see what we're trying to do. What style are we famous for? What's Glasgow Rangers' style. Unanswerable
felt like all fans let down by the players and clement last season after being ahead then the collapse but we need to unite all fans as one and spur the club on to good times
Once again all sense of context missing. Did we or did we not have all sorts of injuries? If we had a full strength team or close to it and blew it like we did then aye youd have a point but come on we have to acknowledge what actually happened
@@BryanB2o11 are you for real i said i felt let down by the collapse injures happened yes but did we collapse and bottle a lead to end 8 points behing with 15 pts picked up from 30 no excuse for that 10 game run in
