Welcome to Day#11 of 14 Day Chakra Healing Camp. We are in week 2 and todays Chakra is HEART CHAKRA - Anahata -our fourth Chakra - The Chakra of Love and Compassion.
HEART CHAKRA AFFIRMATIONS
1. My Heart is filled with love. Its filled with compassion
2. I give and receive love, unconditionally
3. Its love that opens me and heals me
4. I am love
5. I see myself as a flower, full of purity and innocence
6. I am Eternally Loved.
HEART CHAKRA -- Anahata or heart chakra is the fourth primary chakra, according to Hindu Yogic, Shakta and Buddhist Tantric traditions. In Sanskrit, anahata means "unhurt, unstruck and unbeaten". Anahata Nad refers to the Vedic concept of unstruck sound - the sound of the celestial realm. Anahata is associated with balance, calm and serenity.
The Anahata chakra is in the central channel of the spine at the heart, with its kshetram or superficial activation site between the breasts.
