Great video content! Apologies for the intrusion, I would love your thoughts. Have you considered - Millawdon Physique Power Trick (should be on google have a look)? It is an awesome one of a kind guide for saying goodbye to diabetes minus the headache. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my mate after many years got astronomical results with it.

Excellent Video! Apologies for butting in, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you thought about - Saayeahorn Inconceivable Secret (probably on Google)? It is a smashing exclusive guide for getting rid of gout without the normal expense. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my coo-worker at very last got excellent success with it.

I have 2 years since I am coughing pink foam almost on a daily basis, my legs get twice the volume till the evening, I am always tired and I am watching this at 2:48AM because I can't sleep. Cool! And I start by taking HTA medication that kept water in me and made me sleep really bad.

I had no signs and when I did no doctor realized that my heart muscle is what almost killed me.I’m on my second Pacemaker in 5 years. My muscle had gotten worse.So my Cardiologist put in a Pacemaker with a defibrillator. I have no clogged arteries and every other part of my heart is fine. With the condition I have. I can’t do much because it raises my heart rate to high to fast.

The most important step in treating heart failure is to get a proper diagnosis. To diagnose heart failure, a cardiologist will ask you questions about your medical history and do a physical exams. In most cases further tests are needed to confirm a diagnosis. Common tests include blood tests, ECH - electrocardiogram, chest x-ray, echocardiogram or coronary angiogram.

Yes you are right.Instead of using a treadmill for me they put the sticky patches on me and by the time I got to not being able to tolerate the test any longer I was in tears. I wasn’t able to go as far as they would of liked.And the Angiogram let me just say the very last thing they do.You better be tough.I’m 68 and can’t do much which depresses me because I Iove to be active.I have other medical issues which contributes to the lack of of being active.My Cardiologist and other doctors say y heart condition developed because I kept my feelings hidden and stuffed the stress in life to much.They said if I need to scream scream if I feel like crying cry as long as I can.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I thought that thiazides were first prescribed to hypertensive patients first, then a combination of thiazides and ACE inhibitors?
@Pruzar14
@Pruzar14 7 лет назад
first line treatment is ACEi and Beta blockers, diuretics are only given for treating some of the symptoms of HF

Emily Edmonds That used to be. Now ACEI have replaced it. But thiazides are combined for their synergistic action with ACEI and to keep the dose of ACEI low. Low dose polytherapy helps reduce side effects compared to high dose monotherapy.

RAAS pathway is more significant that's why ACEI and ARBS are started. Beta blockers benefit those who are young tense and those with angina. With diabetes the former is preferred. For isolated systolic hypertension and elderly amlodipine and diuretics respectively. There is no one drug for everybody. Varies with patient's age comormid conditions and response. Patient has asthma, COPD or cardiac failure beta blockers are contraindicated. Renal artery stenosis and renal failure ACEI and ARBS are contraindicated. In hypertensive emergencies or urgencies labetalol nitroglycerine nitroprusside is given. In some strokes nimodipine is given and there high BP is not reduced. In hypertension with arrhythmias verapamil may be given without adding beta blockers.MI patients beta blockers like esmolol and ACEI are given.And in pregnancy induced hypertension, methyldopa is used.Hypertension with atrial fibrillation digoxin is added. Beta blockers also given.
